Not a lot of change
My weight stayed the same this week. I should have figured that would happen since I was not able to do my run/walk routine. But it did not go up so that is a positive. I did borrow a stationary bike from my family so I can do that now. I am doing 45 minutes right now each day and I am hoping I will have a nice loss next week.
